A kitschy place with LOTS of stuff on the walls. I was a little put-off by their breakfast hours, as they go to 11 am. For a place that's "breakfast and lunch" I figured they'd serve breakfast all day. However, our sever did say we made it in time (we got seated at 10:54). While typing, I added an extra star for their cinnamon rolls. They come with a steak knife! A little sweet, but easily shared amongst our family of four. It was a little on the pricey side ($6.55) but worth a try. All the plates are large portions and none of us finished ours. Worth a try once, we might go back once more for lunch.

It's been awhile since I came to THEOS. Seems to lost some of its appeal. I got the Gyros with Fries and Potato Salad and a Cinnamon Role. The Gyro could have had a bit more lamb. Fries were hot and crisp. The Potato Salad was great. The Cinnamon Role was ok, the bread it was made from could have been fluffier. Better lighting would have been nice too.

I've been here for breakfast several times. I like their cinnamon rolls (very sweet), bacon & coffee. The service is always good. The locals go here.

I got the Greek omelet. Delicious!! The homemade bread that comes with it awesome. Highly recommend. I'll come back.

Great little restaurant located on King Street on the way downtown from US 1. I don't know how I've lived in St. Augustine for so long and never eaten at Theo's, and for some reason I always thought it was a seafood restaurant... Oh well. PLENTY of parking available, and we were seated immediately upon walking in. Although they market this as a Greek restaurant, it's more of a diner, serving up American style breakfasts in the morning, and burgers and sandwiches in the afternoons, with some Greek selections. Service was good. Restaurant was clean and quiet. I ordered the gyro, with everyone else selecting other sandwiches. We ordered two baskets of fries for a side to split with the table. The food came out very quickly, and we proceeded to devour the food. The gyro was very good- could've used a little more meat, but the lettuce and tomato were very fresh, the bread was soft and delicious, and the dressing was delicious. The wife loved her ham sandwich. The fries were cooked just right- piping hot, crisp outside and soft inside. Everybody left a clean plate, just in time for the free homemade chocolate chip cookies for desert. Yep, free chocolate chip cookies. Definitely made the entire trip worth it, as if the food wasn't good enough. Overall, great little place to have lunch. I haven't had the breakfast, but heard good things (especially about the cinnamon rolls). Food was good, fresh, and tasty. Service was good. Easy to find parking and grab a table. If you're near downtown and don't want to deal with the hassle of finding parking to eat near St. George Street, Theo's is a great option. Will definitely be back.

PRO: The bake their own break which is fantastic. It's like croissant dough without the cresent shpe. Greek omlet was well cooked with no nasty crunchies. Great potatoes. Crunchy with lots of seasoning. CON: Veg omlet had too much dill Weak coffee Cinnamon bun was huge and looked great but we were too full to go for it.

Three stars, as the wait staff was attentive and the food served quickly. However, I was disappointed with the Gyro. I had hoped for real gyro slices instead of the deli-thin prepackaged meat I was served. I cannot complain about the presentation of what was served, and it seemed well put together. But the lack of flavor and texture made this a disappointing choice for lunch. I will give Theo's another try for breakfast or maybe try the spanokopita, but I would not make the trip for Gyro. I wish them good luck and hope they take my criticism in the supportive way I am offering it.

It's only okay. The food was ready quite quickly, but I didn't find anything really special about it. I can imagine it's great for kids and teams. Take-out is fast. I wouldn't necessarily make plans to eat here. Go to Theo's if Athena and Flavors are unavailable.

Went there for breakfast and we were treated to a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Our waitress Joyce was outstanding and it was the best service we have had since we moved to St augustine. The cinnamon bun was unbelievable ! The eggs and home fries cooked perfect and very reasonably priced. A+ and a must go to place !

Greek salad pita that I think Aristotle Socrates Onassis, , Aristotelis Onasis would appreciate and enjoy!

Whenever we are in town, we try to always eat lunch here. Their burgers are really good, especially their homemade buns. The service is good and the staff is attentive. They are only open for breakfast and lunch so plan accordingly. They close at 2:30.

Very good. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. Make homemade bread. We got the breakfast special which is affordable. It was 2 eggs any style with a protein I had the sausage patties home fries were great. Also bread/toast was delicious. Some others ordered the fired fish sandwich was great! We will be back. Nothing fancy but good food

Went to breakfast our last day in St. A. Hubby got the spinach omelet with feta. it was good but i sampled the end and got no feta and little spinach. Omelets do not come with any fried potatoes or grits, just bun toast. I got the scrambled eggs just to get some home fries (serving size quite small, maybe 1/2 a cup) - just OK, and those grilled house-made buns served for toast at breakfast. They were really good. those giant cinnamon buns were not so big nor high, and truly did not look that inviting. to me, a little on the high side for portion size and number of items included in a serving. would probably go again if in the area and no where else to go.

Let me start by saying that they advertise this Restaurant to be Greek, and it is definitely false advertising. Apart from waiting a long time to get our food, the quality was very poor. They said that they make their own bread, another false advertising. They just take out their bread from the bag and toast it. Their coffee is plainly hot coke. But I still haven't found any good coffee in St. Augustine...still searching. On a happy point, their is enough parking which is a plus. Since I know what good quality food is, this Restaurant does not provide it.
